Of all Renovation-Construction possibilities, Tenant Improvements (TI's) are generally the easiest and the simplest to perform. Other than mechanical, electrical and plumbing, BRAVO performs all other functions with our own staff. Training is an ongoing process. Complacency is not part of our makeup. Ever improving, questioning, challenging, studying, discussing. That is the path of developing every single BRAVO member. A functional crew with every individual member fully understanding the overall plan, results in performance standards that exceed expectations.

About Construction:
 

Construction of an edifice, particularly on a larger project, is convoluted because of the larger numbers of people 
participating. Our systems work. By providing content along with instructions the individual understand why a certain component is assembled in a particular way. Followed by close supervision the end result is correct on the first attempt. For example, back-framing is a follow-up function by adding more wood members in particularly locations where missed during initial framing. Our projects have almost no back-framing requirements.
 
Bravo on being predictable
 

Training is essential. Training is what defines us above all others. For example, it’s about routines. At the end of each day Crew Boss instructs his Second for the next day. Each prepares his respective plan. The next day the crew arrives 15 minutes early. Twos prepare workstations, while the Crew Boss briefs his 2 Leaders - same routine every day, every project leg, every task. Everyone knows what’s going on. Including the Customer, Bravo President, CFO, Project Estimator, Q (delivery of supplies), and so on. Duties are E-posted and with on site web-cams anyone can check-in at any time they wish without commuting. Communications with a project are in real time visual, audio or text. This kind of stuff gives the Customer peace of mind. They can sleep well knowing BRAVO is the right contractor.
